  • Yoga: Tones & strengthens the body, relieves stress & calms the mind, creating flexibility & a feeling of wellbeing.
  • Body Blitz: A mix of cardio and resistance training to maximise your shape and toning potential.
  • Zumba®: A Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning, dance fitness class. Feel the music & let loose.
  • Pump & Tone: Lose weight, tone & condition your body in record time with high repetition light weight training.
  • Boxercise: High impact aerobic exercise circuit class, using boxing moves. Punch away the stress to a fitter you.
  • Legs, Bums & Tums: This fun class focuses on legs, bums and tums and is a guaranteed workout to tone and condition.
  • Supple Strength: Engaging your mind as well as your muscles. This class blends elements of Yoga, Pilates and Body Conditioning, to give you a challenging holistic workout.
  • Studio Cycle: A fun and challenging indoor cycling experience.
  • Abs Blast: This session concentrates on the core region, improving strength and stability.
  • Kettlecise: A three in one workout using kettlbells, incorporating cardio, weight and core training. Great for weight loss and toning.
  • Cycle/Core: A fun and challenging 45 minute indoor cycling experience followed by a 15 minute intense abdominal routine and stretch.
  • TBT: This session is a circuit based class, concentrating on toning each part of your body using functional movements
