Lincs2nepal was set up by Gary Goddard in 2009 to continue his work supporting some of the world’s poorest children and providing them with an education.
It is a 100% voluntary organisation with every single penny raised going to the children of Nepal.
The Lincs2nepal design association is a group of academics, architects, charity workers, students, designers and engineers working together to fundraiser, design and build projects in Nepal.
They are currently running a ‘design a loo’ competition with Architecture and Interior Architecture and Design students. The winning toilet block will be built in Nepal, making a fundamental difference to the living conditions of the community. The design association is run by Rosie Elvin, please contact her for further information about the competition via relvin@lincoln.ac.uk.
If you are interested in travelling to Nepal or joining the association and becoming a committee member please contact Rosie Elvin, Senior Lecturer in Architecture, via relvin@lincoln.ac.uk.
