International College – English for Dissertation Writing course

If you don’t know where to start, or end, your Master’s dissertation, this is the course for you!

The International College is designed to support all current international students and students for whom English is an additional language, so that they are better prepared to tackle assignments and complete all tasks that require a high level of linguistic competence.

The English for Dissertation Writing course will guide you through the process of writing a dissertation. Over eight lessons, you will explore different sections of a dissertation such as literature reviews, methodologies, results and discussions.

This course will be run both on campus and online. It is free and is designed for international postgraduate students (and home students for whom English is an additional language) but the course may also be available for third-year undergraduate students, dependent on space.
