Minute’s Silence and Vigil this Friday at 12pm

In light of the tragic events in Nottingham yesterday, staff and students from across our One Community, wherever they might be, can if they wish to take part in a minute’s silence on Friday 16 June at 12pm.

In addition, for those who would like to come together, a vigil will be held at the same time on the Brayford Pool Campus outside the Minerva Building, on the rotunda by the Eastern Approach.

We welcome members of the University community to pause for a moment of reflection and show solidarity, strength and send prayers and best wishes to anyone affected by the devastating events in Nottingham.

The thoughts of all of us here at the University of Lincoln go to our friends at the University of Nottingham and their community. The University and Lincoln Students’ Union would like to offer support to anybody in our community who might be affected.
