Students living in the community in Lincoln are encouraged to register to vote at their term time address in order to take place in local elections whilst at University.
Students are able to register at both their home address and term time address in order to take part in elections affecting both locations.
There will be a local election in the Carholme Ward on Thursday 19th October as the seat has been vacated by Karen Lee (Labour), who has stepped down following her election as city MP. Those who live in the Carholme Ward can register up until midnight on Tuesday 3rd October to vote in the by-election.
