Brayford Sharks finish fourth in Universities Business Challenge

Five students from disciplines across the University took part in the semi-finals of the University Business Challenge at Regents University London.

The Universities Business Challenge Worldwide is the world’s longest established and leading undergraduate simulation-based competition. This year alone, more than 300 UK teams from more than 60 universities took part.

90 teams from the initial 300 went through to the Semi-final. The Brayford Sharks team are the first team from the Lincoln to make it through to the semifinals and managed to do so within the top 10% of the competition.

As such the team then competed with the top 10 teams within the semi-final. The team finished in fourth place with a higher than average score. The Brayford Sharks are made up of Emily Musk (Computer Science), Fraser Kelly (Forensic Science), Lisa Barton (International Tourism Management) Cameron Cullen Smith (Business and Marketing) and Tom Whitehouse (Advertising and Marketing).
