Students wishing to book space in the Atrium of the Minerva Building for stalls or events must use the following procedure:
- Register your request through the Students’ Union website at www.lincolnsu.com/atrium
- For non-Students’ Union related activities, the requests is sent directly to the University Events team for confirmation. For Clubs and Societies, or other related Students’ Union representatives, your request will be checked by the Students’ Union and then sent to the University Events team for confirmation.
- Once the booking request is approved by the University Events team, you will be sent a confirmation email.
Any student or society not adhering to the full process above will not be permitted to use the Atrium for stalls/events purposes. This process has been put in place to ensure that Health and Safety is adhered to and to, the Students’ Union can ensure it adheres to Charity Law and it avoids space being double-booked.
