With immediate effect, all requests to book space within the public space of the Atrium in the Minerva Building must be approved through the University Events Team.
This is to ensure that events do not clash and appropriate health and safety assessments are carried out.
Staff, students and external organisations can send their requests to events@lincoln.ac.uk.
