The National Student Survey (NSS) 2014 is well underway now, but we need more of you to take part!

As a final year student, the NSS gives you an opportunity to tell us what you loved about your time at Lincoln as well as how we might to improve the experience of future students.

Your opinions, which are made available to the University through the NSS, are very important to us. The data which the NSS provides are made publicly available to prospective students, their families and advisors to help them make informed choices about where and what to study. The NSS results are also used to compile university league tables, such as those that appear in the Times and Guardian newspapers.

This year, to help you reflect on your time with us, we offered you a free coffee/tea and cake in the first two weeks of the Survey (this was available until Friday 31 January).

However, we need more of you to take part – particularly from Business courses, Law, Media Production, Computing, Journalism, Forensic Science and Social Work (we have to achieve 50% participation in these subjects to ensure they are included in the national league tables).

A mini NSS Central will be on the first floor of the Business and Law Building on Monday 24 February and the second floor of the Business and Law Building on Tuesday 25 February. So for two days only! IPads will be available to complete the survey.

If you have yet to complete the survey or claim your free coffee/cake, please come and visit us on Monday or Tuesday. The offer is open to the first 250 eligible students only.

You can take part in the survey by visiting http://www.thestudentsurvey.com/. All responses to the survey are strictly confidential and are anonymised to ensure individuals cannot be identified.
