Lyn Romeo – ‘The Future of Social Work in Adult Care’
On Thursday 27th February, the University will welcome Lyn Romeo, who is England’s first Chief Social Worker for adults (a post she has held since summer 2013).
Lyn has been invited to the city by Lincolnshire County Council and she will begin her visit by addressing an invited audience of students, academics and practitioners in the Engine Shed on the subject of “The Future of Social Work in Adult Care”, followed by an open forum and discussion.
After lunch, Lyn will be working with senior managers of Lincolnshire Adult Care on a range of issues and developments”
