Did you know that local planning authorities are working on something called ‘authority wide design codes’? These codes are all about making our buildings and public spaces look better and have better use for everyone.

The Central Lincolnshire Local Plans Team is creating a ‘design code’ for the City of Lincoln, North Kesteven and West Lindsey district councils. Design codes set out clear requirements for developers to follow, based on a vision for the future. More information can be found here.

Why should you get involved?
– Make a difference: your input can help shape the places where you live, work and hang out.

How to get involved!
– Take the surveys: share your thoughts by completing one or both of the surveys. Visit the dedicated website or scan the QR codes to participate.
