Mental Health Awareness Week

Mental Health Awareness Week is an annual campaign by the Mental Health Foundation and takes place from Monday 13 May until Sunday 19 May.

This year’s theme is movement: moving more for our mental health. Movement is a great way to enhance our wellbeing and reduce stress and anxiety levels, which is vital during the upcoming exam season.

The Mental Health Foundation has some helpful tips on how to get started, which you can find here.

The wellbeing of both our students and staff is paramount.
