Engage – Explore – Imagine. The Lincoln Festival of Creativity 2022

Students are invited to come along and celebrate all things creative at the Lincoln Festival of Creativity 2022

Now in its sixth year, the festival is back and bigger than ever, with more events throughout June and July than ever before.

Since 2017 the festival has become bigger and more creatively diverse each year, incorporating events across the city, and welcoming over 18,000 visitors.

The Lincoln Festival of Creativity 2022 brings together the University, local businesses and a wide variety of communities across the county to explore different aspects of creativity, its value and the central role it plays in the 21st century.

The festival is expecting more than 2,500 visitors this year and promises to really get everyone’s imagination racing!

Gyles Lingwood, Festival Director and Director of Education for the College of Arts said:

“We’re delighted to announce that this year’s Festival will be back to being a real life, in-person experience, but still supported by some exciting online content.

“This year we will be showcasing creative work across a wide range of media, imagery, film, sound, text, objects, performances and more.

“Get ready to see some very exciting work by some very talented and creative individuals across the University of Lincoln, city, region and beyond!”
