law-1991004_1920

A third year Law student is calling for participants for a survey on how UK courts deal with applicants in divorce proceedings, mainly with respect to their gender. Their dissertation interests lie with issues such as who is apportioned what in divorces (i.e. child custody and financial assets) as well as where the fault lies within the divorce.  Please note, to take part you must have experience with the procedure of divorce – for example, you may have previously been divorced or you may know someone close to you who had a divorce such as your parents.

The survey will take 5-10 minutes of your time. It is anonymous and all information will be confidential. The survey forms part of the students dissertation research and therefore any participation will be appreciated. The survey can be accessed here: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/KTXRLQV
