The Undergraduate Research Opportunities Scheme (UROS) is designed to encourage undergraduate students to become actively involved in the research work of the University. We will be offering drop in information session for students and staff interested in applying on Tuesday 9th October, from 11am-3pm in The Dome (opposite the LPAC)
UROS is a competitive bursary scheme and offers a unique opportunity for students to work alongside academic researchers to engage and gain hands-on research experience on projects covering all disciplines across the University. Applications are invited from both academic schools and professional services departments for stand-alone projects, or form a subsidiary part of larger scale research work, that could be completed by an undergraduate student working under the supervision of a member of academic staff.
Come along to find out more about the scheme.
