The Undergraduate Research Opportunities Scheme (UROS) is designed to encourage undergraduate students to become actively involved in the research work of the University.
UROS is a competitive bursary scheme and offers a unique opportunity for students to work alongside academic researchers to engage and gain hands-on research experience on projects covering all disciplines across the University. Applications are invited from both academic schools and professional services departments for stand-alone projects, or form a subsidiary part of larger scale research work, that could be completed by an undergraduate student working under the supervision of a member of academic staff.
We will be offering drop in information sessions for students and colleagues interested in applying at the following times:
Every Mon & Thurs throughout November at 2pm-4pm, Free Zone, Library.
Come along to find out more about the scheme.
