The annual Postgraduate Research Showcase conference brings together and recognises the excellence of Lincoln’s postgraduate research. This year’s conference will be held on Wednesday 21st February 2018 at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel on Brayford Wharf North.
The conference will involve 18 research presentations taking place over two sessions, with a poster showcase following lunch. A keynote, ‘When are you going to get a “real job”?’, will be provided by Professor Stuart Humphries, with plenaries delivered by Professor Carenza Lewis and Dr Sandra Varga: Engaging wider publics with research – the importance of a win-win strategy, and ‘My) Survival Guide to Networking, respectively.
A research fayre plus a handful of other development events will also take place throughout the day, and there will be opportunities for participants and delegates to network and discuss their research.
