• Joseph Banks, a Great Endeavour is an exhibition at The Collection that celebrates the work of the Lincolnshire natural scientist
• The Lincoln Farmers’ Market arrives on City Square this Friday bringing some of the region’s best fresh produce to the city centre
• In the 100^th year since the beginning of World War 1, there is a chance to see what like was like during the war at Lincoln Castle over this weekend
• Local artists will show their work on Castle Square this Saturday for the Lincoln Artists’ Market
• A community choir and orchestra will be raising money at Lincoln Cathedral this Saturday for St Barnabas Hospice with a performance of The City Garden

The Sports Centre Fitness Classes recommence on Monday 28th April and will continue until Friday 16th May 2014. To take part all you need is your student card and class payment. The University of Lincoln has a range of new scholarships available to support students enrolling on full-time taught Master’s courses in science and engineering subjects in 2014/15.

Support could include a full fee scholarship (100% of fee paid), a partial fee scholarship (60% of fee paid) or a one-off £1,000 scholarship. Scholarships are available across a range of taught Master’s (MSc) programmes in Lincoln’s schools of Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science and Sport & Exercise Science.
